I moved to White Lake in 1967 with my family when my Mom and Dad (Lois and Richard) purchased two cottage rental resorts - Campbell Cottages and Box Cabin Rentals. Over the ensuing years the T-Bell Resort was developed into 13 cottages, 150 trailer sites, Boat docking for over 100 boats, 30 Boats and Motors in the rental fleet. We also ran a Chrysler Boat & Motor dealership, licensed dining lounge, snack bar and a 110-seat entertainment lounge.

Approximately 19 years ago the original Box property was sold and T-Bell Resort was left with 8 cottages, 4 trailer sites, 20 docking slips, and 8 boats & motors in the rental fleet. Katie and I purchased this in December 2003.

I currently work as a Vice President for the Real Estate firm -Colliers International. My specialty is office leasing for a multitude of corporate clients.

I attended college in Ottawa and I hold a professional accounting designation (CMA).

I was raised in Ottawa but I worked for nine years on Canada's west coast in Vancouver B.C. I came back to Ottawa in 1989 and after working for Canada Post Corporation for seven years I graduated from Algonquin College with a computer systems diploma. I now work for the Canada Revenue Agency where I specialize in SAP business architecture software.

Doug and I were destined to meet because of our zest for cottage life in the summer. I love White Lake and the surrounding area. Since we met, Doug and I have spent all of our summer leisure time here at the T-Bell. In the winter we embrace the snow and colder weather on the ski slopes. We both have a mutual love for hockey and head out to as many Ottawa Senators games as we can! Now that's Canadian eh?
